The China Robot Competition and RoboCup Robot World Cup China is an A-class discipline competition recognized by the Ministry of Education. It is hosted by the Chinese Society of Automation and co-organized by the RoboCup China Committee. It is one of the largest and most influential comprehensive competitions in the field of robotics in China. The competition covers 60 sub-events including robot soccer, advanced vision, automatic sorting, service robots, medical robots, and drone challenges. Compared with previous editions, this competition has achieved historic breakthroughs in both coverage and team numbers.

During the competition, our school’s participating team members actively prepared for the competition, calmly faced the challenges, and used their deep understanding of the competition rules to overcome the difficulties of color recognition and path planning in complex scenes, optimizing the autonomous obstacle avoidance and transportation efficiency of robots. Unlike previous years, this year's competition has added a 12cm-tall platform task, which requires stricter hardware and algorithm design capabilities for quadruped robots. Therefore, the team needs to accurately adjust the body posture, stride, leg height, and landing angle in the motion control algorithm. At the same time, it is important to strengthen the structural support to ensure that the robot can stably complete the up and down movements on the platform, avoiding instability or hardware damage. Our school team withstood pressure in the crucial round of the finals, calmly adjusted their strategies in the face of unexpected situations, and became the only team in the competition to complete all the challenging tasks, winning the championship.
