This competition adopts a single round elimination system, and each match is crucial. Two participating students have gone through three rounds of competition and submitted satisfactory answers to the more than four months of hard preparation with excellent results. “Every evening after class, the teacher takes us to train for at least an hour and a half. We train almost all day on Saturdays and Sundays, including boxing, kicking, throwing, strength and physical training, etc. The most difficult part is still weight loss, we can hardly eat anything, and we have to do dehydration and weight loss, and I lost about 22 pounds, and during this process, the teacher gave me great encouragement and support.” Song Xuehai said.
