On May 16th, a delegation from UCSI University in Malaysia, including its Chairman, Datuk Peter T. S. Ng, Director of the China Affairs Center Dr. Fu Qingxin, and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Lim Wei Hong, visited our university.

President Guo Quan had in-depth exchanges with the visiting delegation. In his speech, Peter T. S. Ng spoke highly of the development of our university, especially the achievements in professional fields such as IT and digital media arts, and was deeply impressed by the integration model of production and education in our university's Student Office & Venture Office (SOVO). He hoped that the two universities would strengthen cooperation in the future to achieve in-depth cooperation results.

Guo Quan stated that UCSI University is renowned worldwide for its high-level teaching and research capabilities. With the rising popularity of the university in China, it has become an ideal institution for many Chinese students to study abroad. The two universities have similar professional settings and share similar educational concepts in many aspects such as innovation and entrepreneurship, and school-enterprise cooperation. He hoped that the two universities would have further cooperation in the future to provide more opportunities for students of both universities to communicate, pursue further studies and internship opportunities.

Subsequently, the two universities signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Educational Cooperation, formally establishing a cooperative relationship.
