On May 13, the Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital project, located within the Neusoft Education Health and Medical Science Park, officially broke ground. Upon completion, Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital will serve as an affiliated hospital of Dalian Neusoft University of Information, significantly enhancing the integration of education and medical care and talent cultivation. This marks the third hospital under construction by the Neusoft Ruizhinova Technology Group since the unveiling of two affiliated hospitals in September 2023. The project is a key component of the Group’s integrated “Education-Medical Care-Nursing-Rehabilitation-Tourism” ecosystem, driving the high-quality development of the Group's ecological layout.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Liu Jiren, Founder and Chairman of Neusoft; Wen Tao, Executive Director, CEO, and President of the Group and Vice Chairman and Honorary President of the School; Liu Junlin, Vice President and President of Medical Management Company and Chairman of Xikang Yunshelter; Wang Weikun, Vice President and President of Industrial Management Company; Guo Quan, President of Dalian Neusoft University of Information; Song Aiguo, Chairman of Dalian Huayu Construction Group Co., Ltd.; Mu Minglin, General Manager of Dalian Panhua Construction Consulting Management Co., Ltd.; partner representatives and faculty and staff representatives of the Neusoft Group. The ceremony was presided over by Li Nan, Assistant to the President of the Group.

Song Aiguo, representing the construction unit, delivered a speech. He stated that the Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital project is not only a key project for enhancing public welfare but also an important practice for implementing the "Healthy China" strategy.

Wen Tao addressed the gathering, noting that with the arrival of an aging society in China, education, healthcare, and technology bear significant responsibilities. Over the past 25 years, under the leadership of Chairman Liu Jiren, the Group has grown from small to large, evolving from education to embarking on a new journey of integrated “Education-Medical Care-Nursing-Rehabilitation-Tourism” development, a great new mission given by the new era to Neusoft.

Liu Jiren declared the official commencement of the Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital project and joined the leaders and guests on stage for the soil-breaking ceremony.

Situated in the core area of the Digital Road North Section of the Neusoft Education Health and Medical Science Park in Dalian High-Tech Zone, Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital will form a high-end medical and wellness complex cluster with Ruikang Cardiovascular Hospital, Ruikang Zhuomei Dental Hospital, and Ruikang Home Elderly Care Center. Guided by the fifth-generation rehabilitation hospital concept of “patient-centered care”, the project innovatively constructs a modular medical system integrating multiple disciplines. The project is expected to be completed by 2027.
