On May 19th, the National Higher Education Computer Education Research Association, the National Virtual Teaching and Research Office for Teacher Teaching Development Research, and the Higher Education Digital Intelligence Evaluation Research Center of Zhejiang University City College jointly released the Computer Competition Index for Undergraduates in General Colleges and Universities (Undergraduate, 2025 Edition, hereinafter referred to as the "2025 Computer Competition Index"). The report shows that our university retained the first place among private universities in the country with an A-rating, becoming the only private university among the 1,176 undergraduate colleges and universities covered by the index to rank among the top 6%. It ranks among the top 4 universities in Liaoning Province, following Dalian University of Technology and Northeastern University, and is in the A-segment together with many Double First-Class universities such as University of Science and Technology of China, Tongji University, Tianjin University and Xiamen University.

The 2025 Computer Competition Index selects 28 computer competitions, with data collected from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2024, totaling 210,454 pieces of data, covering 1,176 undergraduate colleges and universities (excluding vocational universities), accounting for 93.7% of all undergraduate colleges and universities.
