On April 28, the results of the preliminary round of the 5th National Cyber Forensics Competition (FIC) were announced. Five teams from the School of Computer and Software's AnYun Network Security Club secured two third prizes and three excellence awards. Additionally, the “AnYun II” team emerged as the top team in Liaoning Province, showcasing the school's teaching achievements and expertise in the field of network security.
The FIC competition, organized by the FIC Cyber Forensics Summit Committee, is a national-level event that comprehensively assesses participants’ electronic data forensics skills. The preliminary round featured separate competitions for student and professional groups, attracting 815 elite teams from universities, judicial institutions, and industry enterprises nationwide. The competition tested participants’ abilities to uncover digital truths with binary precision and algorithmic protection, demonstrating the hard power of digital-era guardians.
On the afternoon of April 26, under the guidance of teachers Liu Jiannan and Dang Lina from the School of Computer and Software, the five AnYun teams (“AnYun I” to “AnYun V”) competed intensely for four hours, with all five teams winning awards.
