Recently, Sereda Aleksei, Vice President of the Russian State University of Land Use Planning, visited our university. The two institutions reached preliminary agreements to deepen collaboration in joint talent cultivation, short-term training, academic conferences, and joint research.     

President Guo Quan held in-depth discussions with Sereda Aleksei. Guo Quan stated that Sereda Aleksei’s decision to visit Dalian Neusoft University of Information as his first official trip after assuming the vice presidency reflects affirmation and trust in the existing collaboration. He emphasized that both universities should strengthen cooperation to leverage their complementary strengths. After learning about our achievements in program development, national teaching awards, smart campus construction, and digital education, Sereda Aleksei remarked that Dalian Neusoft University of Information’s integration of IT into interdisciplinary innovation sets an exemplary model. He expressed eagerness for deeper collaboration to cultivate talent aligned with the socioeconomic needs of both countries.  

Vice President Zhang Wan and Sereda Aleksei signed an inter-university cooperation memorandum, laying a solid foundation for long-term collaboration.  

During the visit, Sereda Aleksei also held cooperation talks with faculty and students from the School of Information and Business Management and delivered a thematic online lecture for students.
