Recently, the Higher Education Committee of the Chinese Private Education Association released the Overview of National First-class Undergraduate Major Construction Sites in Private Universities. According to statistics, 152 undergraduate programs from 72 private universities across 21 provinces were approved as national first-class major construction sites. Among them, our university secured 7 such sites, ranking first among all private universities in China!

In the Ministry of Education’s selection of first-class undergraduate major construction sites from 2019 to 2021, our university was granted 7 national-level and 8 provincial-level sites. These 15 first-class major construction sites span four disciplines: engineering, management, arts, and humanities, accounting for 43% of our undergraduate programs and covering nearly 74% of our undergraduate student population. This fully highlights our distinctive achievements and leading position in applied IT-related undergraduate program development.
