Our school won the championship in the 14th National College Students' Computer Application Ability and Digital Literacy Competition

On May 26, the national finals of the 14th National College Students' Computer Application Ability and Digital Literacy Competition were successfully concluded. After several rounds of fierce competition, Gu Jiaming, a student from the School of Computer and Software of our school, won the champion of the undergraduate group's information technology literacy competition, and Wang Ruoyi, a student from the Higher Vocational and Technical College, won the third place in the higher vocational group’s office skill application competition – Microsoft PowerPoint competition. In addition, our school won the group first prize in the undergraduate group and the higher vocational group’s information technology literacy competition, the group first prize in the undergraduate group’s office skill application competition – Microsoft Excel, and won 4 national first prizes for individual students, 14 national second prizes, and 12 national third prizes. 

This competition is jointly sponsored by Association of Fundamental Computing Education in Chinese Universities, Computer Education Research Association of Chinese Universities, the Computer Sub-Committee of the Vocational Education Teaching Guidance Committee of Industry and Information Technology, Magazine Publisher Computer Education jointly organized by Central Minzu University, Beijing Forestry University, Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing Jinjiezi International Education Consulting Co., Ltd., Beijing Join-Cheer Software Co., Ltd., Random Number (Zhejiang) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and other units. This event has been successfully held for 13 consecutive sessions since 2011, and was included in the observation list of the university competition ranking of the China Association of Higher Education in 2023, and

ranked 16th in the computer competition index for ordinary college students in the 2024 edition.
