Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance announced the "Notice on the Filing List of National Highly Skilled Talent Training Bases and Skill Master Studio Project Units in 2023" (Human Resources and Social Security Department Document [2024] No. 69). Four units in Liaoning Province have been approved, which is the second time our university has been approved as a "National High skilled Talent Training Base" after 2020.

     The main task of the national level highly skilled talent training base is to carry out activities such as high skilled talent cultivation and training, level evaluation, skills competition, mentorship, skill research and development, and exchange and cooperation, fully exerting its demonstration and leading role within the industry, industry, and region, and providing support for the development of the highly skilled talent team. Since being approved as a "National Highly skilled Talent Training Base" in 2020, our school has actively participated in the "Skills China Initiative", implemented the "Three Major Articles" of Liaoning Province's structural adjustment and the "Digital Liaoning, Intelligent Manufacturing Strong Province" strategy, and promoted the training and development of digital highly skilled talents for the digital transformation of traditional industries and the construction of digital industry skilled talent teams.
