DNUI Students Achieve Good Results in the 11th China TRIZ Cup Student Innovation Methods Competition

Recently, the finals of the 11th China TRIZ Cup Student Innovation Methods Competition organized by China Association for Science and Technology and undertaken by the Innovation Methods Research Society under the supervision of the Ministry of Science and Technology were held in Harbin Engineering University. Project "Royal Fire Science and Technology— PIE-Engine Satellite Remote Sensing Fire Monitoring and Early Warning SaaS System Based on TRIZ Theory" co-directed by Mr. Wang Xinlei of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the university and Mr. Guan Yi of the School of Information and Business Management of the university was awarded with the first prize in the national competition, and "Smart Control Technology—The World's First Underwater High Reliability System Based on TRIZ Theory won the national second prize by the instruction of Mr. Wang Xinlei and Guanyi. The students made a breakthrough in the competition by winning the top prize. Mr. Wang Xinlei from School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship was awarded as excellent instructor. Ms. Ding Xinru from School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship was awarded as excellent liaison, and our university was awarded as excellent organization unit.

China TRIZ Cup Student Innovation Methods Competition is a top competition in the field of innovation methods in China, aiming at guiding college students to carry out innovative activities by applying TRIZ innovation methods, further improving the comprehensive ability of college students in innovation and entrepreneurship, and stimulating the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship among college students. With the theme of "Cultivating Innovative Talents and Strengthening the Real Economy", this year's competition received a total of 2,637 entries from 355 colleges and universities in 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) across the country, and a total of 1,468 entries were recommended to the organizing committee of the National Competition after being selected by the school and the provincial competitions of the participating universities nationwide. Finally, after the network evaluation and on-site finals defense, 41 first prizes, 122 second prizes, 337 third prizes, 28 excellent instructors and 80 excellent organizational units were selected.
