In June 2023, the Organizing Committee of the Milan Design Week China Design Discipline Exhibition announced the list of non-propositional group winners for the 7th Milan Design Week China Design Exhibition in 2023. According to the award results announced in the competition, our school has won a total of 38 awards in this competition, and 12 national (including undergraduate and professional) awards, including 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, and 6 third prizes; There are a total of 27 provincial (including undergraduate and professional) awards, including 11 first prizes, 11 second prizes, and 5 third prizes.

Provincial Competition Winner List of Excellent Works at Milan Design Week China Design Competition

The Milan Design Week China Design Exhibition is jointly initiated and organized by the China Education Association for International Exchange and the China Association of Higher Education. The competition aims to truly reflect the current situation and teaching achievements of China’s design discipline teaching level in the new era, and to build an international exchange and learning platform for national art discipline teachers and students to showcase their professional talents and creative level. Since 2020, the work exhibition competition has been selected for the national university subject competition ranking for three consecutive years.

Milan Design Week China Design Exhibition has successfully held 6 exhibitions of excellent works by teachers and students in the field of design in Chinese universities, with a total of over 105,000 signed up works from nearly 800 universities across the country. Among them, more than 1,200 excellent works were exhibited in Milan, effectively supporting domestic and foreign universities to share and compare teaching achievements, promoting innovation in the talent cultivation system of higher education in art and design in China, and promoting educational innovation and disciplinary development.
