Recently, Ministry of Education announced the results of the second batch of national-level first-class undergraduate courses, and our school’s “Internet of Things System Development” was selected as one of national-level first-class social practice courses. So far, two courses in our school have been rated as national first-class undergraduate courses, and the number of approved courses ranks first among private universities in Liaoning Province.

The course “Internet of Things System Development” is the core course for the Internet of Things Engineering major and the final course of the professional curriculum system. The goal is to train students to master the knowledge related to the Internet of Things system (including demand analysis, system design and presentation methods, system architecture, wireless technology and chip selection, system security, etc.), and to cultivate the awareness of using innovative thinking and professional knowledge to solve practical problems in social and economic life. Through entering enterprises and industries, students are trained to find problems and refine requirements in the actual environment, and establish engineering concepts and systems.
