On February 11, the launching ceremony of "Warm Spring in Liaoshen· Assistance to Enterprise " in Liaoning Province and the 19th Dalian Entrepreneurship& Employment Expo was grandly reopened at Dalian World Expo Center. “Shanghai-Dalian Regional Entrepreneurship Work Exchange Cooperation Seminar”, hosted by Dalian and Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and jointly organized by Dalian Employment and Talent Service Center and the Shanghai counterpart, as a key component of the Expo, with the theme of "strengthening regional cooperation and promoting common development", gathered together the employment and entrepreneurship departments of Shanghai and Dalian and invited entrepreneurs from all sectors of society in Shanghai and Dalian to seek the plan of “setting Shanghai as the target and developing Dalian” jointly. More than 30 people, including relevant personnel from the Human Resources and Social Security Departments of Dalian and Shanghai, persons in charge of the entrepreneurial incubation platform, representatives of entrepreneurial enterprises and entrepreneurial mentors, were invited to participate in the event. Tian Huiyi, Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of our university, was invited to speak and share the experience of building an entrepreneurial incubation platform in our university.

At the meeting, Tian Huiyi introduced the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship education in our university with the theme of “Research and Practice on the Cultivation Model of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents in Application-oriented Universities in the Era of Digital Intelligence", including the dual gene of combination of industry and education, integration of Neusoft characteristics, the construction and exploration of a spiral innovation and entrepreneurship system, the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the upgrading of digital intelligence management models, and the new paradigm of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training in application-oriented universities. She also hoped to strengthen exchanges and interactions with relevant experts from all walks of life in the future and to explore more possibilities in the field of entrepreneurship education.

During the event, the attending representatives focused on the theme of "Strengthening Regional Cooperation and Promoting Common Development", and conducted extensive and in-depth discussions on four topics: innovative cooperation models, transforming development methods, cultivating innovation momentum, and exchanging entrepreneurial experiences, and from multiple perspectives and dimensions, including government departments, universities, organizational structures, incubation bases, entrepreneurial enterprises, entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial mentors, and news media. They also achieved good effects by actively offering advice and suggestions in terms of entrepreneurial cooperation between Shanghai and Dalian.

At the same time, Student Office & Venture Office (SOVO) of our university, as the representative of entrepreneurship incubation platform, was invited to participate in the Expo and had face-to-face communication with entrepreneurs. We started from reality and showed the achievements of innovation and entrepreneurship education of Neusoft.
