Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on Publishing the List of National and Provincial First class Undergraduate Major Construction Sites in 2021 ([2022] No. 14). Three majors of our school, IC design and integration system, E-commerce and Animation, were newly selected as national first-class undergraduate major construction sites, and Financial Management was a newly selected as provincial first-class undergraduate program construction site. So far, the university has been approved 7 state-level first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites and 8 provincial-level first-class specialty construction sites. The number of state-level first-class undergraduate program construction sites approved leads the number of private universities nationwide. The 15 first-class undergraduate program construction sites cover four disciplines, namely, engineering, management, arts and literature, accounting for 42% of the undergraduate programs opened in our university, and covering more than 67% of the undergraduate students in our university; It fully highlights the distinctive achievements and leading level of our university in the construction of pan IT application-oriented undergraduate majors.

The "Double Ten Thousand Plan" for the construction of first-class undergraduate programs is an important measure taken by the Ministry of Education to comprehensively implement the spirit of the National Education Conference and the National Undergraduate Education Work Conference in the new era, comprehensively revitalize undergraduate education, improve the talent training ability of colleges and universities, and realize the connotative development of higher education. Since the Ministry of Education officially launched the "Double Ten Thousand Plan" for the construction of first-class undergraduate programs in 2019, our school has been selected into the list of national and provincial first-class undergraduate program construction sites published by the General Office of the Ministry of Education for three consecutive years. The number of the first batch of national and provincial first-class undergraduate major construction sites approved ranks first among private universities in China.
