Grand annual meeting in grand Neusoft!_News_Dalian Neusoft University of Information

From May 21 to 22, the 9th Liaoning Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Annual Meeting (hereinafter referred to as the Annual Meeting), hosted by Liaoning Provincial Department of Education and undertaken by Dalian Neusoft University of Information, was held in the cloud. Experts from the Educational Department of Liaoning, the Provincial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Teaching Steering Committee, and representatives of teachers and students from 58 colleges and universities in Liaoning Province attended the meeting online through the main venue, parallel sessions, online live broadcast and other forms to watch the grand occasion of the annual meeting.

Since the launch of this annual meeting, it has aroused the warm attention of teachers and students of colleges and universities in the province and all sectors of society. A total of 1, 157 entries have been received from 58 colleges and universities, with a year-on-year growth of 33%. The total number of participants has reached a new high. The relevant departments of our university continuously worked hard to formulate the plan for the annual meeting, connect with sister universities, review project qualifications, and organize expert reviews. Finally, after two rounds of preliminary and reevaluation by the professional judges of colleges and universities in the province and the authoritative experts of the Education Instruction Committee, 460 works were shortlisted for the annual meeting for exchange, including 208 academic papers, 201 reform achievements projects, and 51 entrepreneurship promotion projects.

DAY 1

On May 21, the 9th Liaoning University Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Annual Conference was officially opened. Guo Quan, President of DNUI, delivered an opening speech. Zhang Guolin, Deputy Director of the Educational Department of Liaoning Province, addressed the meeting. The annual meeting was hosted by Shen Hua, Vice President of our school.

After the opening ceremony, the group communication and defense of the project started vigorously. The annual meeting is divided into 10 groups of academic paper forums, 2 groups of entrepreneurship promotion forums, online achievements display and voting links, including project achievements demonstration PPT, exhibition boards, audio and video, 3D animation, virtual simulation, digital twin machine display and entrepreneurship project roadshow promotion, interactive communication between students, expert questions and comments, etc. The conference set up a stage for all the students to perform their achievements and pursue their dreams.

DAY 2

On May 22, the annual meeting organized the expert report, excellent works exchange and closing ceremony.

On the same day, Tan Shuai, Vice President of Neusoft Education Technology Group, together with Professor Liu Zhiyang, Doctoral Supervisor of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, member of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, and Secretary General of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Branch of China Association of Higher Education, delivered expert reports on "Enabling Higher Education through Integration of Industry, Education and Innovation" and "Entrepreneurship Opportunities in the Age of the Yuan Universe". From a professional point of view, this paper expounds the enabling mode of industry education innovation integration and the diversified entrepreneurship world in the Meta-Universe era. The five excellent projects selected by each group of forums were presented in an all-round way, which ignited the interactive exchange atmosphere of the annual meeting.

Finally, 20 "My Favorite Exhibition Projects", 30 "Best Creative Projects", 50 "Excellent Academic Papers", 10 "Excellent Entrepreneurial Promotion Projects", 96 "Excellent Instructors", 24 special awards, 74 first prizes and 362 second prizes were selected at the annual meeting. Our school has won 4 "Best Creative Projects", 1 "Excellent Academic Paper", 1 "Excellent Entrepreneurial Promotion Project", 6 "Excellent Instructors", 1 Grand Prize for Works at the Annual Meeting, 5 First Prizes, 7 Second Prizes, and 7 Outstanding Organization Awards at the Annual Meeting, achieving a new high in the number of First Prizes and a historic breakthrough in the Grand Prize!

At the closing ceremony, Professor Zhu Hong, Deputy Director of Liaoning Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Steering Committee and Vice President of Dalian University of Technology, made a speech. She said that the annual innovation event was brilliant, sowed the seeds of innovation and entrepreneurship culture across the province, and promoted mass entrepreneurship and innovation. Dalian Neusoft University of Information has created an annual meeting of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students with characteristics, breakthroughs, originality and strong sense of science and technology with high standards, high levels and efficiency.
