Recently, the case “Three Loops, One Driver”: Digital-Intelligence Empowerment for University Teacher Development from Dalian Neusoft University of Information was successfully selected into the 2025 Innovation Cases of “Digital Empowerment for Teachers’ Professional Development” for the Construction of High-Level Teaching Teams in the New Era. It was selected alongside prestigious universities in China such as Tongji University and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
The case collection, guided by the Teacher Work Department of the Ministry of Education and organized by China Education Daily News Agency, aims to showcase the cutting-edge explorations and significant achievements of various regions and institutions in leading high-level teacher team building in the new era with the spirit of educators. It seeks to fully leverage exemplary leadership, deepen reforms in teacher team building, and solidify the foundation for building a strong education nation. The case from DNUI, guided by the OBE concept, focuses on the systemic dilemmas of teacher development—"insufficient motivation, lagging capabilities, and fragmented ecosystems." It innovatively reconstructs a "Three Loops, One Driver" teacher development empowerment system. Supported by the "motivation internal drive loop, capability development loop, and ecological collaboration loop," with "AI + scenario-based deep experience" as the key driving project, the system stimulates intrinsic motivation through "guidance, connection, promotion, and reinforcement." It breaks the bottleneck of capability transformation through "exploration-reflection-action," establishes a "three-dimensional, four-level" advancement path and a collaborative mechanism of "evaluation-development-incentive," significantly enhancing teacher intrinsic motivation and teaching effectiveness, achieving breakthrough results.
