From July 13th to 15th, the 2025 Cross-Strait and Hong Kong-Macao Region Collegiate Computer Innovation Competition Finals were held. The work titled "Agriculture: Pioneer of Intelligent Greenhouse Management and Precision Planting Platform Driven by Multimodal Data and Cloud Computing" from our university's Software College won the third prize in the national undergraduate category. In the previous provincial competition, dozens of universities including Dalian University of Technology, China Medical University, and Dalian Jiaotong University participated. After fierce competition, our university won a total of 16 provincial first prizes, 17 second prizes, 23 third prizes, and 21 excellence awards.

The 20th Cross-Strait and Hong Kong-Macao Region Collegiate Computer Innovation Competition is hosted by the National Higher Education Computer Education Research Association and the Organizing Committee of the Cross-Strait and Hong Kong-Macao Region Collegiate Computer Innovation Competition. The Liaoning-Jilin-Inner Mongolia Division Selection Trial is hosted by the Liaoning-Jilin-Inner Mongolia Division Organizing Committee of the Cross-Strait and Hong Kong-Macao Region Collegiate Computer Innovation Competition, and co-organized by Changchun University of Science and Technology, Northeast Electric Power University, Inner Mongolia University, Dalian University of Technology Electrical and Electronic Experimental Teaching Center, Dalian Science and Technology Innovation Incubation Base, and Dalian Artificial Intelligence and Computer-Assisted Education Society.
