At 9:00 a.m. on June 18, the Graduation Ceremony and Degree Conferral Ceremony for the 2025 graduates of Dalian Neusoft University of Information was held in the lecture hall of Bochuan Campus. President Guo Quan, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President Ren Hao, Vice President Shen Hua, Vice President Li Yingqiu, Vice President Zhang Jin, Vice President Zhang Wan, Chief Financial Officer Chen Pingping, and members of the University Academic Degree Evaluation Committee attended the ceremony. Heads of various departments and colleges, faculty representatives, 2025 graduate representatives, and parent representatives also participated in the ceremony to witness this important moment. The ceremony was hosted by Lu Jing, Director of the President's Office.

The graduation MV Persistent Progress·Journey is filled with the graduates' unique memories of Dalian Neusoft University of Information, capturing every bit of their deep affection and attachment. Four students took the stage and performed the song Into the Sea to send blessings to the graduates: "Always cherish the love for Neusoft, move forward to the future." Alumni from various places also recorded videos to send their blessings, encouraging the graduates that "graduation is not an end, but a new start to create a wonderful life with wisdom and passion."

Vice President Shen Hua read out the decision on the issuance of graduation certificates and conferral of degrees for the 2025 graduates. 

Vice President Zhang Jin read out the notice on the recognition of outstanding graduates of the class of 2025 at the provincial (Liaoning), municipal (Dalian), and university levels.

University leaders presented honorary certificates to outstanding graduate representatives.

In addition, the university selected 218 graduates as the 2025 Alumni Liaison Ambassadors. These enthusiastic, responsible, and dedicated students will serve as a bond between the alma mater and fellow alumni, promoting win-win development between alumni and the university. President Guo Quan presented appointment letters to the representatives of the Alumni Liaison Ambassadors.

Miao Xianfeng, a grade 2021 student from the School of Information and Business Management, spoke on behalf of the graduates. He expressed his sincere gratitude to the alma mater for its diligent cultivation, to the teachers for their earnest teachings, and to relatives and friends for their silent support. He shared his precious memories and growth experiences at Dalian Neusoft University of Information, noting that the university has endowed students with more than just solid professional skills, but also the warmth of education embedded in every detail. The graduates will surely take the university's glory as a torch to continue the responsibility of Neusoft youth in the battlefield of the digital economy.

Zhang Junqin, the parent of Duan Peishuo, a grade 2021 student from the School of Software, spoke as a parent representative. She extended her sincere thanks to the university and teachers, offered warm applause to the children for their efforts and persistence, and sent best wishes to the soon-to-depart graduates.

Huang Wei, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Department, spoke as a faculty representative. She advised the graduates to always maintain the exploratory spirit of "being good at thinking"—daring to question and innovate, and keeping curiosity and enthusiasm for the unknown world; to practice the growth attitude of "being good at learning"—continuing to learn and make progress, embracing new knowledge with an open mind, and facing challenges with unwavering will; and to adhere to the value of "applying skillfully"—carrying forward the spirit of Neusoft, riding the wind and waves, and shining brightly in their future journey.

Amid warm applause, President Guo Quan delivered a speech at the graduation ceremony. On behalf of the university, he extended warm congratulations to the 2025 graduates. He recalled the youthful memories of the 2025 graduates growing together with the university. They witnessed the sonorous pace of China's rise, felt the profound changes in the world pattern, and experienced the disruptive breakthroughs in the technological revolution. The university has also achieved fruitful results in its development. The students have weathered storms and gained experience while moving forward with the times, and have grown in ability and strength alongside the university's progress. Today, some students are about to pursue further studies at renowned domestic and foreign institutions; some have secured offers from multiple top companies through practical efforts, and some have actively engaged in innovation and entrepreneurship to contribute to society—all fully demonstrating the responsibility and dedication of Neusoft youth.

On the occasion of parting, Guo Quan put forward three expectations for the graduates. First, be strivers for national rejuvenation with the confidence that "goals will be achieved." He hoped that they would seize the moment with firm confidence in the times, being both dreamers who look up at the stars and doers who keep their feet on the ground, letting their youth bloom brilliantly on the land of the motherland. Second, be innovators and pioneers with the determination that "actions must be carried through to results". The country needs innovation-driven development more than ever before; only by being forward-thinking and daring to explore can one take the initiative to shape the future. Third, be lifelong learners with the patience that "persistence will prevail." In an era of rapid changes, the real crisis lies in the inertia of rigid thinking; only by establishing the awareness of lifelong learning can one truly possess their own core competitiveness.

Guo Quan affectionately sent a message to the graduates: "With a strong wind propelling the journey of ten thousand miles, set sail again to pursue your dreams." He hoped that the graduates would hone their skills on a broad stage, realize their aspirations in the magnificent mountains and rivers, and move steadily forward on the right path of life. Carrying the support and blessings of the alma mater, he wished them frequent successes in the new chapter of their lives and looked forward to their return to the alma mater often.

"Stay true to the original aspiration as firm as a rock; keep learning as unceasing as a river." At the solemn moment of bidding farewell to the alma mater, the 2025 graduates made a firm oath in the name of youth.

After the graduation ceremony, the degree conferral ceremony was held. The graduates present took turns to step onto the stage, where university leaders and members of the University Academic Degree Evaluation Committee awarded them graduation certificates, turned their tassels to the other side, and took a photo together to commemorate the occasion.
