On October 13th local time, the 2025 WorldSkills General Assembly of all member countries was held in Croatia. Liu Jiren, founder of Neusoft, chairman of Neutech Group Limited, and chairman of the school, was invited to attend the conference and sign an agreement as China’s first global senior partner of the World Skills Organization.

According to the agreement, both parties will work together to promote the innovation of vocational skills standards, deepen talent cultivation, and improve competition levels globally.

After the signing ceremony, Chairman Liu Jiren stated in his speech: “ Neutech Group Limited is greatly honored to become the first global senior partner of the World Skills Organization in China, and will fully leverage the social responsibility of Chinese enterprises. On the 14th, Chairman Liu Jiren was invited as a guest speaker to participate in the main forum on the role of vocational education and training in the transformation of geopolitical labor force. He shared his thoughts and practical cases on how Neusoft can effectively enhance the adaptability, resilience, and innovation ability of talents through school enterprise cooperation, industry education integration, and digital means when facing global challenges, contributing Chinese wisdom and enterprise solutions to relevant discussions worldwide.
He emphasized that vocational education needs to be closely aligned with industry demand, and the integration of industry and education is the core link between talent and industry.

On site, Chairman Liu Jiren was invited to meet with Mr. Frances Hourant, Chairman of the Board of Directors of WorldSkills, and Mr. David Hoey, CEO. During the talks, both sides will plan to jointly establish a global industrial collaborative innovation center, carry out resource co-construction and skill training on cutting-edge technologies in Africa, Southeast Asia and other regions, help bridge the skill gap between different countries and regions, and empower the cultivation of top skilled talents that meet the industry needs in the digital age.
Neusoft has assisted in the smooth hosting of major international and domestic events multiple times, namely. successfully supportting the Lyon World Cup Business Software Solutions event in 2024; in 2025, as a senior partner of the 3rd China Skills Competition, Neusoft provides technology for four major competition items, including business software solutions, intelligent automotive software development, software testing, and digital interactive media design, to achieve zero fault operation. In the 2026 Shanghai World Skills Competition, Neusoft will continue to provide technical support for software application development (formerly business software solutions), software testing, digital interactive media design and retail, fully leveraging its comprehensive strength in hosting and providing technical services for international skills competitions, and contributing Neusoft’s strength to the integrated positioning goal of “organizing, participating, promoting production, and educating people“ in the competition.
