Recently, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Liaoning Provincial Office of Spiritual Civilization Construction issued the "Decision on Commending the Advanced Units and Individuals in the Construction of Civilized Cities (Districts), Civilized Villages and Towns, Civilized Units, and the Third Session of Civilized Families, Civilized Campuses, and the New Session of Advanced Work in the Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors in the Province from 2021 to 2023", and announced the list of the third session of Liaoning Province civilized campuses. Dalian Neusoft University of Information was included and was awarded the honorary title of "Civilized Campus in Liaoning Province" for three consecutive sessions.

The university has always attached great importance to the creation of civilized campuses. In 2017, the university was awarded the "Civilized Campus in Liaoning Province" in the first selection activity of civilized campuses, and it was the only private university among the 11 universities that were awarded. In 2021, it was awarded the second session of " Civilized Campus in Liaoning Province".

At the recent provincial university civilized campus creation work promotion meeting, Li Dan, Head of the Branding Development Department of our university, shared the experience of civilized campus creation with the theme of "Shaping a New Civilization and Promoting the Construction of First-Class Applied Technology Universities". The relevant persons in charge of The Northeastern University, Dalian Minzu University, Liaoning University, Shenyang Agricultural University, Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Liaoning Normal University, Bohai University, Dalian University, and  Liaoning Agricultural Vocational and Technical College also shared their experiences.
