After finishing the three-month tough internship, twenty five NII students of 2008 in HP customized class came back to school on 20th, May from the 18 cities of the county and did their last homework before graduation: dissertation oral defense. Meanwhile, after rigid examination and evaluation of HP Company, the result of recruitment of 2008 HP customized class was disclosed: twenty NII students were recruited (five of them gave up because of the personal reasons). Recruited students would get basic salary of 4000 Yuan per month, and in line with the different regions, they would gain some regional and housing subsidies. They would formally enter the gate of HP Company in August, 2008 and turn the new page of their life journey. The start-up of the project of NII 2008 HP customized class began in July, 2007. Through the prior period’s designing, recruitment publicity, organizing signing-up, HP interview, winter holiday training and other process, and under the support and cooperation of the Academic Affairs Department, Branding and Strategic Development Department, Admission and Career Guidance Department and other relative departments of the institute, twenty-five NII students of 2008 HP customized class went to eighteen cities’ branch office of HP through out the county and started their internship. Twenty-five Neusoft students worked hard, behaved actively and bore the appropriate attitude in the internship. Although to most of the students, this was the first time of them working far away form their home, they not only overcame the difficulties of life, but also quickly became a member of the HP family. Shi Yan, from the HP HR Department said students from NII made us feel a lot energy and enthusiasm, but she still put forward a few hopes to NII students that while they were learning from the text books, they should try hard to enlarge their vision, enhance their comprehensive quality and create the opportunity of internship and practice for increasing social experience, which meat a lot to the future work.           NII 2008 HP customized class temporarily draws a conclusion, but the customized cooperation of cultivating talents and the plan of recruiting graduating intern will become a long-term project. The project of 2009 HP customized class will be launched at the beginning of the next semester. Besides that, on the basis of the HP customized class, the institute will actively explore the new way of customized training talents with other 500 World Top Enterprises and provide a better employment platform for the NII students.
