On the morning of September 19th, the 2012-2013 Opening Ceremony of Russian Overseas Students was held in Dalian NUI. It was another unforgettable moment, because a new batch of overseas students from Russia, Ukrainia was ushered to study in our school. They are a total of 33 students from the East Siberia State University of Technology and Management, I.I. Polzunov Altai State Technical University, and other foreign universities respectively.  

  Elizaveta, a teacher from East Siberia State University of Technology and Management highly praised the visionary leadership of both universities at the opening ceremony. The exchanges and cooperation of the two schools will bring students from both schools more choices and opportunities to further their studies, which plays a pivotal role in academic career and life planning for students. The teachers from Dalian NUI are very experienced in teaching and responsible for students. A large amount of advanced teaching equipment can also be provided by Dalian NUI for students to carry out a variety of in-class and after-class activities. Ms. Elizaveta looked forward to more exchange and cooperation projects between the two schools, and then conveyed her best wishes to the new students to encourage them to achieve academic success and fulfill their dreams when studying at Dalian Neusoft University of Information.  

  Russian students expressed vividly in Chinese: it is not a coincidence for them to choose Dalian Neusoft University of Information to further their studies. They love China, Dalian, Chinese, as well as Dalian Neusoft University of Information—an international, modern, technology-oriented university. One of the overseas students said: “When I was a kid, I liked Chinese cultural history class very much. From then on, I began to dream to go to China and experience the life there  in person. And now, the dream comes true!”
