On March 30, 2015, a delegation led by Dr. Barb Wheeling, Dean of Billings Business School of Montana State University came for a visit for negotiating the cooperation of 2 + 2 dual degree program.

The delegation led by Dr. Barb Wheeling were listening to the introduction relating to SOVO. Chen Tingbin, Dean of the Department of Information Technology and Business Administration, Qu Yunlong, Director of Financial Management Teaching Team, Yang Lu, Dean of the School of International Education, and Cheng Yanpeng, Director of the Department of Business Development of the School of International Education, attended the reception. Montana State University is ranked in the first category in the western part of the United States. All the majors of Billings Business School of Montana State University have also obtained a world-renowned AACSB accreditation. The 2 + 2 dual degree program cooperation between Billings Business School and our school will not only increase opportunities for our students to further study in the United States, but also improve their academic level.
