To further implement the Party's educational practical activities that followed the mass line, president Wen Tao, party secretary Che Ruwen, vice president Guo Quan, vice president Zhao Bo, vice party secretary Ren Hao and CFO Chao Yujun paid a visit to each department and thoroughly understood teaching situations and difficulties of each department and gave corresponding instructions by considering each department's features from September 15th to October 10th. School leaders and faculties of different departments, services and administrations visited Japanese Department, English Department, Department of Digital Arts, Department of Computer Science and Technology, Department of Information Technology and Business Administration and Department of Electronic Engineering successively and carried out face-to-face research and discussion with teachers from 6 departments. Heads, party secretaries and team directors from different departments attached great importance to this event, and reported teaching situations according to features of major of different departments. Each department stated its own development tendency and prospective construction thoughts as well as comprehension about new technologies, new products, new tools and new applications in corresponding industries of different majors, which highlighted the features of different majors and consciousness of integration of teaching and output. School leaders gave feedback on plans for major construction and talent cultivation of different departments. All attendees shared their minds freely and analyzed existing urgent issues.
