The celebration of the 40th Teachers' Day and the commendation of advanced collectives and exemplary individual in the national education system was held in Beijing on September 8. Huai Jinpeng, Secretary of the Party Group and Minister of the Ministry of Education, attended the event and delivered a speech, while Wu Xiuzhang, member of the Party Group and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, read out the commendation decision. Wang Jiayi, member of the Party Group and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Education, presided over the commendation activity. Peng Jinhui, Deputy Minister of the Central Organization Department, Yang Xiaoping, Deputy Secretary General of the Central Propaganda Department, and members of the Party Group of the Ministry of Education attended the event.

Professor Wen Tao, Honorary President of our school, participated in the event as a representative of the first prize winner of the National Teaching Achievement Award. Our School of Computer and Software has been awarded the title of "Advanced Collective of the National Education System in 2024".
