The Sino-Uzbek Educational Forum, jointly organized by the Ministry of Education of China and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan, was held in Beijing from January 21st to 23rd. The forum aims to implement the consensus reached at China-Central Asia Summit by the heads of state of China and Uzbekistan, and promote higher education cooperation and exchanges between China and Uzbekistan. Chen Jie, Vice Minister of Education of China, the First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of Uzbekistan, as well as the presidents of several Chinese Ukrainian universities such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, National University of Uzbekistan, and Tashkent University of Information Technologies Named After Muhammad Al-khwarizmi, attended the forum. President Guo Quan of our school was also invited to attend.

At the forum, President Guo Quan had a friendly exchange with all Ukrainian presidents, providing a detailed introduction to the characteristics of Dalian Neusoft University of Information, its disciplinary settings, teaching philosophy, and other aspects. He also expressed important views on the development and innovation of higher education in China and Ukraine.

The Uzbekistan universities highly praised the internationalization achievements of our school and hoped to deepen the cooperation with our school.

Our school has always attached great importance to international cooperation and exchanges, and has achieved substantial results in this forum. At the signing ceremony held on January 22, our school signed cooperation agreements with the National University of Uzbekistan and Tashkent University of Information Technologies Named After Muhammad Al-khwarizmi, respectively. In the future, our school will carry out in-depth cooperation with the two universities.

For a century, it has trained numerous high-quality experts and made extraordinary contributions to the prosperity of Uzbekistan.
