On the morning of March 25, the 2023 Campus Career Fair of Dalian Neusoft University of Information, hosted by Dalian Neusoft University of Information and co-organized by Dalian Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Dalian High-Tech Park Talent Service Center, and Dalian Duaidi Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., was held at the stadium of our school's Software Park Campus.
This campus career fair was divided into three parts: offline campus large-scale job fairs, university enterprise cooperation negotiation activities, and online live career guidance activities. There were a total of 255 registered enterprises, 221 within the province, and 34 outside the province. There were about 100 companies participating in our university's career fair for the first time this year. There were a total of 200 participating companies on site, providing nearly 5000 positions, of which 54% were in technical positions and 46% in management. In the afternoon, 20 companies also held a special recruitment activity, providing students with vast resources and plenty chances to choose.
Our university highlighted the professional advantages by focusing on the field of "IT + digital media + health care technology", and the recruitment covered the training directions of our professional talents, involving computer software development, electronic information, artificial intelligence, medical health, game animation, advertising media, enterprise management, financial investment and other industries, as well as 30 new energy, carbon neutrality car networking related enterprises and six medical and health related enterprises have offered olive branches to our graduates. In addition, 16 alumni companies formed a group to recruit at the alma mater.
Zhang Guochen, Party Secretary of university came to the site of the career fair to understand the progress of relevant work and provided valuable suggestions to the students. Party Secretary Zhang Guochen said that “the campus career fair is organized and prepared around social needs and the forefront of the industry. It can provide a broad platform for students' employment, further deepen school enterprise cooperation, and achieve a win-win situation between university and enterprises. I hope that students should pay attention to the joint cultivation of 'hard power' and 'soft power' during school years. In addition to studying professional courses, you should also actively participate in campus cultural activities and social practice projects, which can not only have solid professional knowledge but also continuously improve personal qualities to gain an advantage in fierce job competition. In order to have a good career plan for future employment in freshmen and sophomores, this campus career fair also invited employment policy experts and industry experts and human resource experts from Dalian University Graduates Employment Service Center, Dalian Software Park, Dalian Internet of Vehicles Alliance, and human resources companies came to the venue to provide students with a detailed explanation of Dalian's "stay in Dalian" employment policy, industrial park and industry development, talent demand, and career planning guidance through the "Youth Pursuing Dreams, Career Connecting Future" online live broadcast employment guidance activity. They also provided students with career planning guidance. This live streaming activity received widespread attention from students, with over 10,000 viewers and nearly 40, 000 likes.
