On the evening of March 29th, our school, along with Dalian Maritime University, Dalian University of Foreign Languages, Dalian Jiaotong University, and Dalian University, participated in the Dalian Municipal Government Foreign Affairs Office's Schools of Higher Learning International Students Enrollment Fair (Argentina Special Session). Our Vice President, Li Yingqiu, attended the event.

This introduction fair invited more than 200 representatives from 15 Argentine universities, six Argentine business associations, and the municipal governments of Santa Fe, Blanca, Buenos Aires, and Madre de Dios to participate online.

In 2022, with the active promotion of the Dalian Municipal Government Foreign Affairs Office, our school established a friendship with the National University of Coastal Argentina, signed an inter-school cooperation agreement, and carried out substantive international exchanges between teachers and students. The National University of Coastal Argentina also participated in this online event as one of our school's friendly institutions. During the university presentation session, the participating teachers from our School of International Education introduced the overview, professional settings, and characteristics of Dalian Neusoft University of Information to the participating Argentine institutions, and promoted our school's brand project, the Start-up China Summer Program. This project is an international summer IT innovation and entrepreneurship program launched by our school and overseas partner institutions in 2017. It has been successfully held for three sessions, with nearly 200 international students from countries such as Australia, Indonesia, Russia, and Kuwait participating.
