Recently, our students have won one national third prize and two excellent prizes in the basic discipline competition; one provincial first prize, six second prizes, nine third prizes, and four excellence prizes.

1.The 8th National Undergraduate Physics Experiment Competition

In November 2022, our students won one national third prize and two national excellence awards in the 8th National College Physics Experiment Competition. The competition was sponsored by the physics discipline group of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center, the National Association for Experimental Physics Teaching in Colleges and Universities, the College Physics Experiment Special Committee of the College Physics Course Teaching Steering Committee of Ministry of Education, and the Physics Teaching Committee of the Chinese Physics Society. It is the largest physics discipline competition in China at present, aiming at cultivating students’ innovative spirit, practical ability, team cooperation awareness, and comprehensive quality, focusing on deepening the reform of physics experiment teaching in colleges and universities, and improving the quality of basic education and cultivating high-quality innovative talents.

2.2022 Physics Competition for Undergraduate Students in Liaoning Province

In November 2022, our students won two provincial second prizes, two third prizes, and four excellence prizes in the 2022 Liaoning Provincial Undergraduate Physics Competition. The event, sponsored by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education and the Department of Finance, and hosted by Northeastern University, aimed to enhance the teaching reform and technological innovation exchange among colleges and universities in Liaoning Province, cultivate students’ team cooperation awareness and scientific spirit, improve students’ innovation and practical ability, and promote the continuous development of physical experiment teaching reform.

3.The Third "Wadsworth Cup" Student Fitness Improvement Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Liaoning Province

In November 2022, our students won one provincial first prize, four second prizes, and seven third prizes in the Third "Wadsworth Cup" Student Fitness Improvement Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Liaoning Province sponsored by the Department of Education of Liaoning Province and hosted by Shenyang Sport University.
