Our students won good results in the 2021 (the 14th) Chinese College Students’ Computer Design Competition

The national finals of the 2021 (the 14th) Chinese College Students’ Computer Design Competition were held in six final areas including Jinan, Shenyang, Xiamen, Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou in the form of online Oral Defense Review from July to August 2021. A total of fifteen works of our university have won national awards, of which two works have won the second prize and thirteen works have won the third prize. Meanwhile, in the Computer Design Competition for Undergraduate Students of Colleges and Universities in Liaoning Province, thirty-six works of our University won provincial awards, of which seven works won the provincial first prize, sixteen won the provincial second prize and thirteen won the provincial third prize. Chinese College Students’ Computer Design Competition is an event for undergraduates of all majors in colleges and universities across the country. The participating students cover various majors such as science and technology, agriculture and forestry, medicine, literature, history, philosophy and law, economics and management and art. The event was selected into the ranking list of national discipline competitions of colleges and universities, and its Liaoning provincial competition was selected into the innovation and entrepreneurship competition of undergraduate students of colleges and universities recognized by Liaoning Provincial Department of education. More than 100,000 works from more than 800 colleges and universities including Peking University, Tongji University, Wuhan University, Northeastern University and Dalian University of Technology participated in this competition, and more than 30,000 works were selected in the national provincial competition areas. After selection and recommendation by the national provincial competition areas, more than 5,600 works were shortlisted for the national competition, and finally 5,107 works were shortlisted for the national competition through the qualification examination of the National Competition Organizing Committee.
