Our University Has Signed a Cooperation Project Agreement on Post-Secondary Education with National Institute of Technology, Tsuyama College of Japan

On August 5, 2021, our university held an online signing ceremony for the upgrading project with Japan's National Institute of Technology, Tsuyama College. The two sides reached a cooperation intention on matters related to the corresponding undergraduate professional study of National Institute of Technology, Tsuyama College graduates in our university.

The ceremony was attended by Akira Sugiyama, President of the Global Engineer Training and Promotion Department, Sadakazu, Head of the Comprehensive Science and Engineering Discipline, Matsuta Xiu, Head of the Department of Advanced Science, Haoxing Inoue, Head of the Department of Mechanical Systems, Manabu Kato, Teacher of Department of Mechanical Systems, and Tetaro Tanabe, Director of Affairs. Mr. Akira Sugiyama and Liu Jinbo co-chaired the ceremony.

Vice President Guo Quan first introduced the educational concept, educational model, programs setting and international education of our university, reviewed the cooperation and exchange between the two universities in the past 13 years, and expressed full confidence in the upcoming academic education cooperation. Mr. Kenji Iwatani, President of National Institute of Technology, Tsuyama College, introduced the programs setting and students cultivation of the school, and expressed his wishes for the signing project. Subsequently, the two sides signed a cooperation agreement.

After the signing ceremony, Vice Director of School of International Education Zhang Tingting introduced the project to Japanese teachers and students, including the advantages of studying in China, the advantages of studying in DNUI, our docking majors, registration conditions, etc. In order to help Japanese students better understand their study and life in China, Lv Yanqing and Guan Jing, majoring in Japanese, introduced the urban environment of Dalian and the campus life of DNUI in detail.

Project Introduction



The implementation of the upgrading project will further strengthen the two-way interaction between our university and National Institute of Technology, Tsuyama College of Japan, provide guarantee for improving the international construction level of our advantageous disciplines and further promoting the international work of the two universities. Taking this signing ceremony as a new starting point, the two universities will continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation and explore effective cooperation modes.
