DNUI Students Achieved Good Results in the 11th National College Students' Computer Application Ability and Information Literacy Competition

The 11th national college students' computer application ability and information literacy competition was successfully concluded on June 16, 2021. 16 students from 5 schools, including School of Computer, School of Software, School of Information and Business Management, Higher Vocational College of Technology and School of Continuing Education attended. Finally, Wen Yvyang, a student of our School of Software, won the champion of the basic computer event in the undergraduate group of the competition. Gu Jiaming and Chen Li, students of the School of Software, Liu Jiayi, a student of School of Information and Business Management, Li Fengbo and Lu Tianci, students of the School of Continuing Education, won the first prize of the basic computer event. Men Yvhan, a student of the Higher Vocational College of Technology Li Fengbo and Lu Tianci, students of Continuing Education College, won the first prize of WPS comprehensive application competition, and many students won the second and third prizes of the country (see the attachment for the list of awards). The results of our students participating in the competition are the best over the years. Our teachers Li Yingqiu, Luo Wei, Wang Wensheng, Song Xiaoying and Zhang Qianyi won the excellent instructor awards.

This competition is co-sponsored by Association of Fundamental Computing Education in Chinese Universities, Computer Education Research Association of Chinese Universities, the Computer Professional Teaching Steering Committee of the Steering Committee of ICBC, and the magazine Computer Education. China Railway Press, Central University for nationalities, Capital University of Economics and Trade Beijing Golden Mustard International Education Consulting Co., Ltd. and other units jointly organized a total of 113 colleges and universities, with a total of more than 7,000 students participating. The teams from 117 colleges and universities including the Central University of Finance and Economics and Jilin University and 932 contestants entered the finals.
