On the evening of April 11, the 15th Campus Original Fashion Show Fashion Design Competition was held at the Student Service Center, sponsored by the Department of Film and Television Photography and Production of the School of Digital Arts and Design and organized by the Student Union of the Youth League of the University.

This year's competition was divided into three series: "Ancient Charm Embroidery Clothes", "Anti-epidemic Pure Heart" and "Star Painting Home". After several months of design and production and heavy examination, 52 groups were finally selected. The "Ancient Charm Embroidery Clothes" series presented 21 groups of works. The contestants used mosquito nets, CDs and other items to show the audience the beauty of ancient charm of Chinese style. In the series of "The Heart of the Epidemic", the participants used protective clothing and masks as the basis for their designs, showing their gratitude and respect to the medical personnel who were in the front of the epidemic fighting process. In the "Star Painting Home" series, the models wore clothes with elements of mountains, oceans and skies to show their love and blessings for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party. After fierce competition and evaluation by the judges, two first prizes, three second prizes, five third prizes, three best popularity prizes, three best model prizes and one best creativity prize were selected.

Li Chaoyuan from Animation Design Class 20003 and Li Yuyan from Film and Television Design Class 20002 tied for first place in the competition. Li Chaoyuan, majoring in animation design, said, "Thanks for the cooperation and support of the team. We chose 'Star Painting Home' as the theme, and the design started from the stars and the sea, and then added blue-purple and blue-green accents to highlight the theme more."

Li Yuyan, a student majoring in Film and Television Design, said, "Our team was all excited to hear the news of the award and the fruits of our five months of hard work were not in vain. Our design is mainly to highlight the image of men, and then add the embellishment of auspicious clouds, which has more ancient charm."

Han Xiaoping, secretary of the branch committee of the school of Information and Business Management, was one of the judges of the competition. She said, "The main purpose of this competition is to cultivate students' sense of innovation and creativity, so that they can put their professional knowledge into practice. At the same time, this activity is also combined with the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party and the theme of environmental protection as the concept, so that students can show their ideas through the stage, so that students can get better experience. We hope that the students will dare to break through and challenge themselves to improve and shine on the university stage."
