Recently, Department of Science and Technology of Liaoning Province and Department of Education of Liaoning Province jointly issued the notice on identifying the University Science and Technology Park of Dalian Neusoft Information University as the provincial University Science and Technology Park ([2019] No. 57), officially identifying the University Science and Technology Park of Dalian Neusoft Information University as the provincial university science and technology park. This is another important achievement in the in-depth integration of industry and education, school enterprise collaborative technological innovation, and the first Provincial University Science and Technology Park built by a private university in Liaoning Province.

The construction of University Science and Technology Park of DNUI started in 2000. Relying on the advantages of IT industry of Neusoft and the location advantage of Dalian Software Park, we actively integrated into the transformation and upgrading of regional industry and innovation driven development. According to the development idea of "introducing enterprises into the University, integrating industry and education, and integrating the park and school", we focused on the field of it and health care science and technology, and continued to cultivate talents, develop science and technology, and provide social services. Based on the integrated service ability of "education + science and technology + industry", the operation mode of "one park, three areas, and multi-point linkage" has been constructed, which has achieved good economic and social benefits. It has become an important part of Dalian’s "national software industry base" and "China’s service outsourcing demonstration city" construction, and promotes regional production, which plays a positive role in the rapid development of the industry.
