The final of the 6th "Xuechuang Cup" National College Students Entrepreneurship Comprehensive Simulation Competition was held in Hebei Finance University. Under the guidance of Guan Yi and Xu Zhichao, teachers of the School of Information and Business Management in our university, and represented by Guan Yi, Li Yugang, and Wei Yonghui, the ERP Sand Table Association of the Department of Information Management and Information System won the first prize in the national finals after 6 rounds of fierce competition.
The team of our school has been selected from 72 universities and 116 teams in the provincial competition. It has won the first place in the provincial competition and advanced to the national finals, competing with 155 universities, including Wuhan University and China University of Petroleum, Shenzhen University, Harbin Engineering University, Southwest University of Finance and Economics and other well-known universities.
Behind the outstanding achievements is the hard work and efficient teamwork. According to teacher Guan Yi, the participating team mainly relied on the ERP Sand Table Association of the Department of Information Management and Information System. Participants start their training from 18:00 to 22:00 every day from Monday to Friday and all day on weekends. They will also come to the lab for training when there are no classes or holidays. During the preparation process, the communication between the members and the teachers was in-depth, and the cognition of the system was constantly improved and the experience was summarized. When encountering problems, team members will analyze, summarize and file problems, which will accumulate a lot of experience for new members and future competitors.
The "Xuechuang Cup" National College Students Entrepreneurship Comprehensive Simulation Competition is a traditional event hosted by the Joint Conference of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Education. The contest has attracted more than 1,000 colleges and universities and nearly 200,000 college students from all over the country to participate.
