On the morning of July 20th, a delegation of 8 from Putian University led by President Song Jianxiao paid a visit to DNUI. President Wen Tao and Vice President Guo Quan accompanied President Song Jianxiao and his team to the library, the IDC computer room, the laboratories, the Student Office and Venture Office (SOVO), and the School of Digital Arts and Design. In the library, Zhang Wan, Director of the Party Committee Office and the President's Office, introduced the profile of DNUI and the recent development and construction planning of the University Science Park Phase II and the South Campus on South Lvshun Road.

Sun Yan, Deputy Director of the Experiment & Practical Training Center, led the guests to the key laboratories of semiconductor technology and integrated circuit testing, intelligent logistics warehousing and distribution, mobile application development, 3D printing maker and interactive media etc. Our fully equipped and cutting-edge teaching facilities were appreciated by the guests. At SOVO, Ning Minghao from the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship introduced the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the operation framework and the curriculum system of DNUI. Our alumni also introduced the entrepreneurial projects such as Light Baking and Link, and exchanged views with the guests afterwards.

At the School of Digital Arts and Design, the guests visited the 13th “Digital Spring Culture and Art Festival & Graduation Design Exhibition”. Yu Qingjun, Dean of the School of Digital Arts and Design, and teachers in each exhibition area introduced the original works of teachers and students to the guests.

Afterwards, the guests visited the Scientific Research Exhibition Hall of Neusoft Education Technology Group. Vice President and CKO Li Xue introduced the profile, development concept and future planning of the Research Institute of Neusoft Education Technology Group. DNUI President Wen Tao, Vice President of Neusoft Education Technology Group Li Xue and DNUI Vice President Guo Quan accompanied the guests to the Intelligent Healthcare Big Data Laboratory, Medical Equipment and Image Processing Laboratory, and Digital Education Laboratory to show our guests the latest research trends and results of the Research Institute.

Afterwards, the guests also paid a visit to the Dalian Hekou Software Park of Neusoft Group.
