A special gift wasdelivered to the would-be graduates of DNUI at the graduation party as part ofthe events to mark the 2018 graduation ceremony on July 3. A letter was read tothe univeristy students of Dalian by Zhang Tianshou, Deputy Director of DalianNewspaper Group and Editor-in-Chief of Dalian Daily. The letter had beenwritten by Tan Zuojun, a member of the CPC Standing Committee of Liaoning andGeneral Secretary of CPC Committee of Dalian, hoping that those graduated fromuniversities and colleges based in Dalian could work where they had pursuedtheir studies:
