Volunteers spent two weeksdesigning and producing hand-painted programs. In order to let the children seethe wall painting as early as possible, after arriving at the children'svillage, the volunteers did not rest and immediately started the creation ofthe wall painting. At half past six on the second day, the students got upearly and continued to paint. After 22 hours, the area of more than 200 squaremeters of hand-painted pictures appeared on the "wall":"disciple rule, sage training, a letter of filial piety and fraternalduty” "parents must be listened to; children must obey theirorders."... The traditional culture and classic characters with lovelyscenes attract people’s attention.
"We spent the first nightpainting until three o’clock early in the next morning. Afterwards we slept afew hours in a small hotel nearby. Early on the second day we continued to rollup the sleeves and worked hard. There is only one purpose: let the children seethe beautiful wall paintings as soon as possible. Though a little tired, we arestill very happy and delighted, because what we do is very meaningful."said the student who participated in the wall painting.
In addition, the volunteers alsopainted the stories that they learned about the children's village: the littleanimals raised by the children, the loving navy ships to the children'svillages, the pictures of the headmaster and the children... All the picturesconvey deep warmth and memory.
The wall painting has been lovedand recognized by children's teachers and children. "Grateful for meetingyou, because you gave the children a brand-new world and welcome you to comeagain at your convenience." A teacher in the village of children said.
