On March 21, 2018, PresidentMarkoff of Altai National University of Science and Technology (ACCO) visited ouruniversity. Wen Tao, Party Secretary and President of our school, received theguests.

President Wen Tao congratulatedMr. Markoff, who was elected President of the new Altai National University ofScience and Technology and planned for the future cooperation between the twosides. President Markoff spoke highly of our school's development and progressin recent years. Both parties exchanged opinions on dual degree educationproject in China and Russia under the new situation, the cooperation betweencolleges of China and Russia, the exchange of teachers and students, thedevelopment and sharing of teaching resources, the network teaching, the dualdegree education project in information management and information system, andthe opening of the HSK Chinese Proficiency Test and training center at theNational University of Science and Technology in Altai, and the opening the Russianlanguage proficiency test and training center in our school. At the end of thetalks, the two sides signed agreement on cooperation, and contracts on studentexchange and Russian language practice.
