On the afternoon of Mar.23, 2018,“DNUI Stop of Entrepreneurship Hall and University Tour of Mentors of 2018” washosted by DNUI in A15-103 Lecture Hall. The campaign was sponsored by DalianEntrepreneurship Service Centre and undertaken by the School of Innovation andEntrepreneurship of DNUI.

The event focused on the subjectsof “accreditation & application procedures and policy interpretation forhi-tech enterprises” and “registration procedures of copyright and preparationof materials”, with the aim of better the understanding of the proceduresinvolved on the part of the SOVO companies and other entrepreneurial teams.

Liu Chen from the Department ofHi-tech Enterprises of Dalian Dami Intellectual Property Rights Service Companyanswered questions.

Ma Bojun, Head of the Departmentof Hi-tech Enterprises of Dalian Dami Intellectual Property Rights ServiceCompany lectured on the accreditation and application procedures and therelated policies for hi-tech companies. He also explained the support policiesof Dalian Hi-tech Industrial Zone. Li Xiaoli, who is in charge of theregistration of software copyright with the same company, analysed the contentin her area.

The eventraised the students’ awareness of the copyrights related to entrepreneurship,updating their knowledge of the regulations and the latest development ofapplication and unveiling more possibilities for innovation and entrepreneurship.
