Recently, the 13th annual meeting of the Mental Health Education Research Institute of Liaoning Province was held in Shenyang Agricultural University. Dalian Neusoft University of Information was awarded as the “Advanced Unit of Mental Health Education of Liaoning Provincial Higher Learning Schools from 2013 to 2017” by the Politics and Party Division of Liaoning Provincial Department of Education. The award is the highest one for mental health education in colleges and universities in Liaoning province. It is organized every five years. More than one hundred colleges and universities ran for the award, and finally 35 of them won this award, among which are only 4 private schools.
