The student of DNUI was awarded Chinese Student Ambassador of South Australia

Recently, Study Adelaide, Australian South Australian Education Agency, launched the “Amazing Ambassador Unforgettable Experience- StudyAdelaide Student Ambassador Announcement” social media campaign in Qinan, Shandong Province. Mr. Wei Jie, the Governor of South Australia, Government officials from Shandong Province, and Ms. Karen Kent, the Director of South Australian Education, attended the conference.

Started from 2014, the third “Amazing Ambassador Unforgettable Experience” activity this year aroused great attention and praises from schools and media. The reading volume of the official web page reached 150 million and more than 7400 Chinese students actively applied for a new student ambassador. Eventually six outstanding Chinese students will be selected in the country. Through the layers of selection, Zhang Shuchen, the student from class 14101 of Network Engineering of the Department of Computer Science and Technology Department of DNUI, became one of the South Australia Chinese student ambassadors. He will travel to the South Australian capital - Adelaide for a two-week study tour in August this year. He will share his amazing ambassador unforgettable experience in Adelaide with other five awarded partners through social media.

Mr. Wei Jie, the Governor of South Australia, mentioned: "student ambassador selection not only enables us South Australia to see the achievements and aspirations of Chinese outstanding students but also further deepen our friendship between South Australia and Chinese provinces and the cities.
