On June 27th, Professor Michael Breunig from University of Queensland and his team, in total of 4 delegates, had a friendly visit to DNUI. DNUI President Wen Tao met with the visitors, and the accompanied members included Yang Lu, Director of the School of International Education, Sun Wei, Dean of Department of Computer Science and Technology, Li Yingqiu, Dean of Department of Software Engineering, and Yu Dan, Deputy Director of School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Professor Michael Breunig and his team visited our library, Department of Digital Arts, School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and SOVO. They showed great interest in our infrastructure, teaching features and the atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship. In the talk afterwards, the two parties reached a preliminary consensus in the 2+2 double major cooperation with our Department of Computer Science and Technology and Department of Software Engineering. The two parties would also set up cooperation in teacher-student communication and implement more extensive cooperation in other majors such as the majors of Information Management and Information System, Financing Management, Human Resources Management, Electronic Commerce, and Marketing. Furthermore, The University of Queensland would select a few senior teachers from superior majors to pay an academic visit to our University. In addition, in July of next year, some students from University of Queensland would come to DNUI to have one-month practical activities, holding a discussion and communication in terms of innovation and entrepreneurship with our students.
