Time flied and after entering the college, he welcomed a totally new life. He continued his dream in college, making his efforts to study professional knowledge, trying to start his own business and having completed a large number of projects. During this period, he learned to think continuously and to accumulate knowledge by himself, which made him grow at an amazing speed. At the end of the lecture, he said entrepreneurship made him harvest a lot and had opportunities to meet with various talents with same ambitions and purposes, so he strongly supported the students to have extensive imagination.
During the question and answer session, the present students were very active and a student asked, “how do you attract new employees to join in your team at the starting period of entrepreneurship?” he explained with a smile: “it is determined if you could recognize the real talent and realize the importance of team.” He didn’t recommend the young a routine life, and he also said “My idea of entrepreneurship was acquired by accident, and although it’s hard but the reverse thinking and Pareto principle that taught me to be persistent and dare to move on bravely.”
