Neusoft Post 90s Entrepreneurs as Guests to MAKERSPACES

On March 10, 2016, HACKERSPACES’theme lecture "Post 90s, Say No to Average" was given in Room A12-204successfully in DNUI. This event is one of DNUI’s of cultural activities forinnovation and entrepreneurship in 2016. The series include events likeBOSSWAY, showcasing the spirits of the major entrepreneurs, ALUMNI, tellingabout DNUI’s graduate business starters, ENTREPRENEURIAL MODEL, sharing wisdomfrom fledging entrepreneurs, HACKERSPACES, spreading the idea thateverything is possible, and PROJECT WeRoadShow, connecting angel capital.

Zhang Yapeng, CEO of Dalian Zhanrui Technology Co., Ltd., is DNUI’s 2012student majoring in Internet of Things in Computer Department. He started up inJuly 2015 and registered his company the same year in November. The company iscommitted to research and development of Internet of things in the field ofsmart home hardware products. One of the major products is intelligent healthscale for children which gives solution to children’s physical conditiondetection in the process of their growth. At present, the product has beeninitially completed, and has entered the stage of the road show. It hasdeclared the national patent.

What is being average? The so-called “average” refers to what the ordinarypeople are doing in their everyday lives without major achievements. ZhangYapeng smiled and told his story, "One year’s internship in Neusoft groupmade me understand that it was not the life I wanted. I wanted to start my ownbusiness." Therefore I turned to my teacher, and with his help, Iestablished this wonderful platform.

“In college, your learningattitude keeps unchanged and you are doing things you do not really likewithout pursuing your own ideal. That is average.” Zhang Yapeng said,"Withyour teacher's company and your classmates’ care, college life is alwaysbeautiful.” Campus life is gentle and long. But when you go out of school, youneed to adapt to the tough society immediately. Ten years later will be thetime of the post 90s. How can we carry forward our own spirit? The post 90sreally should not be too ordinary. We need to positively influence the peoplearound us by what we say and what we do.

Finally, Zhang Yapeng shared hisentrepreneurial experience: your attitude determines whether you will besuccessful in changing your role. You need to know your project clearly andfind the key to it. Your team should be at the same pace. Its division ofresponsibilities should be clear. And you should have the courage to endurehardship. Only in this way can you achieve success.
