Nowadays, with the increasingnumber of college graduates, the employment situation is becoming more and moreserious. Therefore it is very vital to cultivate college students' innovativeand pioneering consciousness and improve their abilities in those regards. Intoday's era, the deepening of information technology and the rapid rise of theInternet economy have provided a broad platform for entrepreneurship andunlimited possibilities for innovation.

Advisor Liu Jian exhorted thestudents, "Before making the decision to start a business, you must have aclear understanding of your own strength and find our where you are. Somepeople have the entrepreneurial talent and are suitable to start theirbusinesses. But others may have a different talent, and may be good atmarketing or other aspects instead of entrepreneurship. In that case, you don’thave to force yourself. The key is to find the most suitable path for yourself.Remember not to innovate blindly, which is a waste of time. Most of the youngentrepreneurs start low-key, but become conceited once making someachievements. In fact, they did not form a systematic understanding ofentrepreneurship.Lacking the basic and systemic knowledge of business, they arehindered from further progress or greater achievements."

“Only those who have experiencesin starting businesses really know how hard and even risky it is. It will bemore difficult to make a start without a goal. However, one should notnecessarily be afraid of failures because he can start all over again; oneshould not be afraid of lagging behind because what matters more is excellence;one should not be afraid of being small and weak to start with. As long as oneare going in the right direction, he will emerge one day.”
