“In the interpersonalcommunication, ‘what to do and what not’ should be learnt” Professor Jin citedthe practical events as examples to illustrate how to realize efficient andvalid communication. He is good at humorouslyinterpreting the intricate details of etiquette into popular understanding withgestures, which won continuously applause by teachers and students. Likewise,he left us quite a few inspirational quotes: “don’t measure others with yourown habits” “what matters is not what you give others, but what is wanted byothers” “Vision makes moral State” “Position makes views” “One’s bearing makesthe height of his thinking”. All this benefits us a lot.

Jin Zhengkun, a well-known andauthoritative expert on etiquette and public relations and internationalbusiness etiquette, is a professor of Renmin University of China (RUC), and aPhD. Tutor for diplomacy. He currently specializes in studying etiquette and diplomacy.He is also the etiquette consultant of the Protocol Department and hasparticipated in the work of major domestic and overseas public relation andetiquette activities.
