Successful Conclusion of Japanese Input Competition of Japanese Department

With increasingly fierce competition in the job market, the society's demands for qualified talents are becoming increasingly diversified. Talents with one major and multi-capabilities are getting more and more welcome by enterprises and favored society. With the demand of the market, Japanese Department opened Japanese input course in the curriculum of the practical training semester.
According to the practical courses’ principle of “1321” that gives prominence to the “combination of study and practice and utilization of head and hand together”. To enhance the employability and competitiveness of students, and comprehensively improve the overall quality of students, Japanese Department held the Japanese Input Competition. 13 classes of 39 players of grade 05 took part in the competition. It took four weeks of the practical semester to prepare. Classes as the selection units, the top three students of each class on behalf of the class participate in the competition, which was held on September 21. During the competition, students have abided by the rules in a self-conscious manner and gone all out. Although the duration of the competition was only five minutes, the students have done their best.
After the heated contest, finally two students: Xu Xiaoming and Quan Hong won the first prize; four students namely Tan Yanyan, Yang Ye, Piao Chunsheng and Fan Hui won the second prize; seven students, Zhang Rui, Cui Xinghua, Bai Xiaoming, Jin Yu, Zhao Huasong, Yu Qian and Yang Qian won the third place. Li Xuguang, Director of Japanese Department, and Wang Zhengjun, Party Secretary of Japanese Department awarded certificates of honor and prizes. Li Xuguang made a speech on how to apply Japanese to future study and work, and gave full recognition to this competition. At the same time, he also gave a high evaluation and gratitude to the teachers, and thanked for the support of teachers from R&D center and the support of students union.
This competition has deepened the students’ understanding of the importance of the course of Japanese input, and will help improve the overall quality of students.
