Neusoft II 2008 HP Customized Class Opening Ceremony was held on schedule

On the morning of January 23rd, the opening ceremony for HP customized class of 2008 was held in classroom A6-101. Mr. Fu Yunping, Vice President of PSG Group, HP Co. Ltd. and General Manager of Channel Cooperation Department, Ms. Kang Liping, CHO (Chief Human Resources Officer) of PSG and Bao Hongkui, Vice President of NII were present at the ceremony and delivered speeches respectively. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Wu Jianning, chief of Department of Branding and Strategic Development. Vice President Bao Hongkui made a brief introduction to the HP customized cooperation program, and expressed thanks to HP for their great efforts in this program. He said that the 2008 customized class was the first customized cultivation program carried out by Neusoft for world top 500 enterprises. It was also the first market-oriented talents cultivation with technological breakthrough. Neusoft has always been paying attention to the communication and cooperation between and enterprises, hoping to set up a communication platform at this turning point. Mr. Bao also expressed his great expectation on the 26 students who will work in HP, saying that Neusoft II was a professional IT institute, but we not only cultivate professional IT technical talents, but we also cultivate “practical, internationalized, personalized” interdisciplinary application-oriented talents. There were many excellent graduates working at non-tech posts in famous companies every year. He hoped that the students would follow their schoolmates’ example, work hard and fulfill their ambitions and dreams in HP, contributing to the development of HP and the promotion of our institute’s brand. Vice President Fu Yunping of PSG Group of HP China welcomed the students who will work in HP on behalf of the company. He said that it was the talents that count in the development of HP. This customizing program was of great importance to HP. He expressed his thanks to Neusoft II for their vigorous support for the customized class. HP would send the most experienced lecturers to train them and the best sales manager to lead the students to carry out their practice at the working post. He wished all the students would seize the opportunity and make good score in their future life. Ms. Kang Liping, CHO of PSG Group of HP China, pointed out that HP would go on with the talents customized cultivation in Neusoft. HP would send specially appointed people to involve themselves in the entire process of customized talents cultivation, field practice and their growth after entering HP. HP would attach great importance to this issue, focus on details and make elaborate arrangement to make sure that all the customized students will achieve their progress. Wu Jianning, Chief of the Department of Branding and Strategic Development, required the students to work hard, avoid slacking off in their work and pay attention to their security, so as to get good results in the training. It is learned that there were 28 students attending this customized class organized by HP in Neusoft II. Besides 26 graduates in 2008 from Neusoft, there was a student from Shanghai Jiaotong University and another from Shanghai University. This HP customized training was a pre-employment training specially designed for its new staff. It lasted 9 days from Jan 23 to Jan 31. The training included HP company culture, knowledge about HP products, introduction to PSG products, business etiquette, basic sales process, basic sales skills, the basic quality of a salesperson, communication and speech skills, and the extended training to enhance teamwork. The lecturers were 11 senior people in HP, excellent lecturers from excellence consultant companies and teachers from extended training school. The training means included classroom lectures, team training, group discussion, on-spot demonstration, etc. After the training, all the students would be sent to 18 cities to conduct practice organized by HP.
